Yoga Nidra & Journaling Sesh

Beginning with some light movement to relax the body. Relax restfully through the guided Yoga Nidra practice. Reflect after with some free journal time and enjoy some tea.

 Journals are a gift to you to take home.

Saturday, JULY 27th

In this workshop will open with gentle seated movement designed to settle the mind, encourage energy flow, and warm  the body. We will transition into a conversation & detailed instructions about breathwork, potential benefits, and what to expect.

 

Using props to physically support the body, we will find a comfortable held position to practice guided meditation that effortlessly flows to 30 minutes of breathwork.

 

Quiet  reflection, journaling, and ample grounding time will close out this powerful offering. Every participant will leave with a take home gift.

Aerial Sound Bath Meditation

Friday, July 5th
6:45 - 8:00p

$60 hammock / $45 mat spot

A gentle Aerial Yoga practice incorporating 3-4 guided postures. These light stretches will help settle the body for a soothing guided meditation.

As the body and mind are settled, we'll flow into a relaxing Sound Bath.

Floor Spots are available for those who want to stay more grounded; enjoying the benefits of stretching, meditation and sound too!

Sound Healing uses sound vibrations to improve mental & emotional clarity.

 

It's a powerful tool in helping people improve their health and wellbeing. Our bodies generate energy, which is measured with different frequencies. These frequencies differ based on their location in the body & our life experiences.

 

When we feel good & healthy all of our frequencies are in tune with one another, when we don't they are not in tune. Sound Healing is able to interact with these vibrations to help get them back in balance.

Waiver

  • All students must read and e-sign the liability waiver on the scheduling app.

Studio Respect:

  • Arrive early to set up & visit (teacher will arrive at least 15 mins early)

  • Check in with teacher before placing mat 

  • Take shoes off prior to entering practice space

  • Treat others with consideration and respect at all times

  • Doors will be locked during class, please do not disturb if late

  • Cell phones, smart watches, tablets, etc truly silenced and kept off practice space
