Meet The Teachers

Amanda
I have been practicing yoga since just before my son was born in 2007. Since 2020 I have completed two very different 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings.
I wanted to share my love for yoga to help people from all backgrounds and experiences move. I live with Congential Heart Disease, a pacemaker and have had spinal surgery.
My yoga practice has helped me learn how to regulate my breath better which helps me to endure more physical activity with my heart condition AND helps to maintain mobility & reduce pain in my spine.
Life is full of outside forces that try to limit us physically and internal forces that try to limit us mentally ... BUT we are powerful beings and can train our minds a whole heck of a lot!
Other Interests: lifting, bouldering, being a mom, hiking, taking pictures, being goofy!

Samantha
Samantha's relationship with yoga started in 2016 and
has only grown from there. Through her studies, she found herself fascinated by the way yoga can help move energy through the body to increase health and overall wellbeing.
She uses that same curiosity to write her classes, focusing on dynamic movement and energy lines to create nourishing flows for the mind, body, and spirit.
When she’s not getting fixated on what pose should go where (and sometimes when she is) you’ll find her adventuring outside, reading, dancing, and chasing
her cats around the yard.
Please feel free to reach out to her before class if there is something specific you want to work on (: she is very excited to be helping you and doing something she loves.

Tricia
Tricia is a 200hr YTT graduate, working on her 500hr. She has enjoyed yoga since childhood but recently deepened her practice. She has a passion for yin yoga for its healing, release, and empowerment.
As a registered nurse of 33 years she brings a unique, practical approach to the practice, making it accessible for all levels, body types and ages.
When she's not on the yoga mat you can find her hiking, kayaking, biking, camping, belly dancing or working out at Orange Theory Fitness.
She is a mother of 7 with 10 grandchildren and 1 fur ball pup, Marblz.
