What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps your body shift from stress ("fight or flight") to calm ("rest and digest"). It targets areas that need attention, healing, or release—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

What to Expect

Each session begins with calming techniques for your mind, body, and breath. You can choose a standard Reiki session or add Body Sound Healing with singing bowls placed on and around your body.

How You Might Feel

Reactions vary—deep breaths, yawns, stomach gurgles, even tears or laughter. You may feel immediate relief or notice subtle shifts over time. Reiki works with what your body, mind, and soul need most.
