Every part of the body has its own resonate frequencyIf there is an imbalance or "stuck energy" the vast array of sounds will stimulate the bodies cells to vibrate in sympathy and "tune" them up.

Bathe in sound as different areas of the body lock in to the sound and begin to vibrate at the same freqeuncies.  The sounds and vibrations alter brainwaves & can send you into a meditative state.
