You will be led through a breath & grounding practice into a guided meditation to prepare your nervous system to fully immerse into the deeply relaxing & transformational sound journey.

 

$175 for groups up to 5

*$15 for each additional person

Every part of the body has its own resonate frequency. If there is an imbalance or "stuck energy" the vast array of sounds will stimulate the body's cells to vibrate in sympathy and "tune" them up.

Bathe in sound as different areas of the body lock in to the sound and begin to vibrate at the same frequencies.  The sounds and vibrations alter brainwaves & can send you into a meditative state.
