Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath
Awaken body awareness through gentle guided visualization, allowing tension to melt away. Then, immerse yourself in a restorative Sound Bath, where soothing vibrations bring balance and deep relaxation.
Yin Yoga with Guided Love & Kindness Meditation
A deeply grounding Yin Yoga session, where poses are held for 2-5 minutes to encourage deep release and mindfulness. Feel into each stretch, allowing space for stillness and presence. The practice concludes with a guided meditation, cultivating love for yourself and others.
Restorative Yoga with Reiki & Sound Bath Savasana
Sink into deep relaxation with well-supported, body-loving poses held for 8-10 minutes, allowing tension to gently release. As you rest, I'll offer healing Reiki, guiding energy to where it's needed most. The session concludes with a soothing Sound Bath savasana, melting into stillness and renewal.
Gentle Yoga (with or without Sound Bath Savasana)
A full-body yoga session designed to stretch and release tension across all major muscle groups, promoting deep relaxation and flexibility. If paired with a Sound Bath, this practice helps soften the body, allowing the mind to settle into a calm, receptive state for the soothing vibrations to work their magic.

Once your appointment time is confirmed that scheduled time is set aside for you. If you should need to reschedule your appointment, 24-hour notice is required. With less than 24-hour notice, full fee is due.
