Meet The Teachers
Amanda Weady
I have been practicing yoga since just before my son was born almost 16 years ago. Since 2020 I have completed two very different 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings.

I wanted to share my love for yoga to help people move. I had open heart surgery at the age of 5 and also had a rod placed in my back at 14 years old.
My yoga practice has helped me learn how to regulate my breath better which helps me to endure more physical activity with my heart condition AND helps to maintain mobility & reduce pain in my spine.

Life is full of outside forces that try to limit us physically and internal forces that try to limit us mentally ... BUT we are powerful beings and can train our minds a whole heck of a lot!

Other Interests: lifting, bouldering, being a mom, hiking, taking pictures, being goofy!
Abe Reynolds
I found yoga as apart of my healing journey and shortly discovered it was a deep passion and wanted to make it accessible for everyBODY as well as creating a space where all felt welcomed. Yoga has helped me learn to listen and connect with my own body and breath. I love sharing the healing and connective part of yoga into our deeper inner selves. I believe practicing yoga goes beyond the work put on the mat. When I'm not in the studio I'm out exploring nature or cuddled up with my dogs!

Beckie believes yoga is for everybody in every body and strives to make the benefits of yoga accessible to all. Utilizing a wide variety of trainings, she meets you where you are at today, joyfully weaving props and modifications into every practice. Her teaching style is a light hearted “choose your own adventure”, resulting in a unique and truly accessible practice for all.
When not on a mat, you can find Beckie out in nature with her Service Dog in Training, Roots.
Greg Mckee
Hello, my journey has been a testament to resilience and personal growth. Overcoming a series of physical challenges, including a bicep tear, shoulder restabilization, wrist fusion, and brain surgery due to back-to-back strokes in 2019.
During this transformative process of rediscovering life, yoga became my sanctuary. It helped me regain strength, balance, and a sense of normalcy. Ultimately leading me to become a certified yoga instructor in 2022.
My classes are designed to empower individuals to embrace their own journeys, fostering growth, positive transformation and to have fun.
Beyond yoga, I am passionate about fitness, nutrition, and outdoor activities like disc golfing and hiking. I find solace in nature, connecting with Earth's energy, and am fascination with crystals potential for healing and spiritual growth. And let's not forget my fondness for squirrels—they never fail to bring a smile to my face!
Looking ahead, I aim to acquire new skills to create unique services that facilitate healing and growth for others. Join me on this incredible journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. Together, we can embrace the beauty of life and unlock our full potential.
